From bulk to consumer packaging
We handle the filling and repacking of bulk packaging into smaller units, ranging from 5 grams to 1 kilogram. The most common sizes are 30, 50, and 100 grams, but other quantities are, of course, no problem at all.
You can choose from various packaging formats, such as pouches, sachets, stand-up pouches, tins, and glass jars—fully aligned with your brand and positioning. We work with packaging materials supplied by you.
Flexible and fast switching
Thanks to our semi-automated packaging process, we operate without a minimum order quantity (MOQ). This means maximum flexibility and the ability to move quickly, regardless of the production volume.
Fulfilment and shipping
We think beyond just packaging. Your products can be shipped in bulk to a fulfilment center, or we can handle order-by-order shipping directly to your customers.
Gift sets and customization
Would you like to offer your matcha as a gift package? We are also happy to take care of assembling and packaging luxury gift sets.
Traceability and quality
If required, we can apply coding to the packaging, such as batch numbers and best-before dates. This ensures your product is always fully traceable.
Safe and hygienic packaging
Naturally, we package all food products according to strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring that the quality of your matcha is preserved. HACCP & SKAL (organic certification).
