Types of packaging

Because all customers have specific wishes for the primary packaging of their product in terms of size, material and whether or not it is printed, we do not have anything in stock for them to choose from. This way we do not limit the customer in their choice. They can purchase all the materials themselves and have them delivered here so that they remain in control of their own product. But if they would like us to think about options, we are happy to do so. Of course we can also order material for the customer.

Pouch / Stand up pouch packaging

Several of our customers have their products packaged in a pouch. It has a wide bottom, sloping to a flat top and can be resealable. It is heat sealed at the top. Pouches are made from various materials, current customers choose both plastic and paper, with and without a window. Some are printed in full color and others are basic on which we attach a sticker with product information.

Filling glass tubes

If we have to fill something by hand, we don't care what the packaging is. We fill 1,500,000 small glass tubes with herbs every year. The customer orders these himself in enormous quantities abroad. Because glass can break, we follow a strict protocol to guarantee the quality of the product.

Jars with IHS or PS seal

Different types of liners are used to close jars properly. This depends on the contents of the jar. An IHS is an induction heat seal for which you need a device and is used for liquids, among other things. A PS liner is used for dry goods. When the cap is put on the jar, the glue beads in the liner snap and it is stuck in place automatically.

Cardboard boxes

We have a small stock of these for small orders. It is then not profitable for a customer to order boxes separately and then we look at which size and thickness best suits the product. Many of our customers order their own outer boxes due to specific dimensions and print.
