We have been packaging products for various customers for years. Many products and materials are purchased by our customers themselves and have them delivered to us. This also includes full sea containers from anywhere in the world. Of course we can relieve our customers of worries by purchasing materials, but they often want to monitor quality themselves because of multiple products that have to be in the same line and they already work with a marketing/advertising agency or have their own department for this.
Because our work is so diverse, you can find some examples below to get an idea.
Drill and seal tear-off calendars
Every year we process 500,000 to 1,000,000 block tear-off calendars. Publishers order these from a printer. We drill 2 holes in them and pack them with a seal that becomes nice and tight due to the heat of a shrink tunnel. In addition to the regular block calendar, many alternatives are also possible. Sealing of a block calendar on a large cardboard plate or calendars with a wire-o. Or in extra thick PP foil so that it can be used directly as a postal package. We can also immediately stick the address carriers on it.
Have Christmas packages / Business gifts wrapped
A beverage entrepreneur who also provides Christmas packages was short-handed due to the growing number of requests. And so a new collaboration was born. With their own truck they deliver all the items for a customer and 1 or 2 days later they pick them, packed, up again. Many packages are not allowed to be delivered immediately and we keep these in storage here for a number of weeks.

Have paint packed and packaged
Ever thought about how several small paint tubes or small paint cubes come into a package? This is done by hand! There are small packages with only 5 tubes to containers with as many as 24 blocks in a fixed color order. Sometimes it is a simple packaging, but there are also beautiful large luxurious wooden boxes with brushes, sponge, thinner, etc.
We have 150 different assignments to perform according to specific descriptions. Manually packaging these products provides an additional guarantee of quality.
Pack mailings
We package magazines in a seal with a separate address carrier. Of course, nowadays there are nice machines that can print address carriers, but our customers opt for a paper separate address carrier, no problem.
In addition, we package 4 different titles in different quantities per company address every month.
Each address orders its own quantities. We immediately stick a shipping label on the outer box. Two trucks pick up the full pallets here and take them directly to the distribution center.
Have dishwasher tablets packaged
For a customer from Sweden we package vegan dishwasher tablets without microplastics in special pouches. There are also cleaning tablets in a small package that you only add water to at home. This customer is very conscious of the footprint, less volume during transport is less damaging to nature. We have also packed them directly in letterbox boxes for a promotion.
Packaging soap blocks
A traditional organic company in Utrecht makes delicious different natural soap varieties by hand. No machine is involved here. These blocks are therefore not packed with a flow packer, but by hand in beautiful grease-free sheets, each with their own print.
Deodorant cans
This customer also makes her products in a traditional way. One of them is deodorant in a can. To seal the can, we put a small sleeve around it that pulls tight in the shrink tunnel. This way, customers cannot simply open the cans in the store. From us it goes directly to the warehouse of our customer's customer. To the final destination in as few steps as possible.
Shrink seal writing pads
The demand came from England to shrink-seal writing pads in different sizes and different looks. Ultimately, there were 50 varieties that had to be packed per 10 in a box. And through order picking they are collected on different pallets and sent to Germany and France, among others.
Pack cleaning cloths
A Dutch company that makes cleaning cloths unexpectedly received a request from a large supermarket chain because their production line was having problems. They responded to this, but also needed extra hands to fold the cloths with a product carrier made of thin cardboard around them. We pulled out all the stops and got the job done.
Repackaging cards and creative items
Stick something on a card and then put it in a plastic bag with an envelope, bundling it in groups of 5 or 6. Put paper strings in a stack of 25 and then place them on top of each other in 4 colors, fold them in half and put them in a plastic bag, add a sample card, put a sticker on it... This type of work is being rolled out to our home workers. Our work-from-home team is extremely loyal and some have been working for Gejo Interpack for almost 20 years. Always cheerful, unless we have less work!
Pots of seeds and soil
A local seed entrepreneur is always super busy at the beginning of the year because spring is coming, time to sow. This meant putting together a pot, soil, seeds and a cardboard information carrier. Several types of which had to be placed in groups of 6 in a large mix box. Because stores love supplying ready-made boxes.
Led lamps
Sometimes a hobby gets out of hand and so did this young man. He designed LED lamps (longer than a meter) and they are now selling like hot cakes. We check the parts for damage and whether the dimmer works. We then pack them in a specially designed box which is directly a shipping box. Better for the environment.
